Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), renowned for its efficacy in promoting positive behavioral changes, is one of the key modalities I utilize. Additionally, I am well-versed in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), an integrative technique that combines elements of cognitive therapy and mindfulness to help individuals develop healthy coping mechanisms. Furthermore, my repertoire extends to include Person Focused Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, empowering clients to explore their personal strengths and establish achievable goals.
