Tiffany Triplett

Biography

Tiffany Triplett is a licensed graduate social worker. She has a background in  working with teens and adults. She’s currently a director of a Psychiatric Program in addition to her therapist position. She has provided therapy in multiple settings including the school, community, and a hospital setting. Tiffany is a certified therapy dog handler.

Tiffany utilizes CBT, DBT and insight-oriented therapy skills. Tiffany schedules evening sessions for ages 18 and up. Tiffany’s main area of focus are mood disorders, depression, anxiety, Bi-polar disorder, BPD and substance misuse. Tiffany accepts couples for couples counseling. 

She has a background working with couples ordered to counseling after domestic violence charges. She has counseled couples who are working to strengthen their relationship, couples wanting to develop skills to strengthen their communication skills before marriage, as well as couples experiencing a crisis in their relationship.
