  • If the internet connection is lost during a session, we will attempt to reconnect. If necessary, the session can continue over the phone.

  • Yes, we offer evening and weekend sessions depending on therapist availability.

  • We do not treat high-risk conditions like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder requiring in-patient care. However, we collaborate with psychiatrists to provide therapy support alongside medical treatment.

  • Absolutely. We encourage you to switch therapists if you feel it’s not the right fit. Finding the best match is essential for your therapy journey.

  • This depends on the clinician’s discretion and availability. However, we are not an emergency service. For urgent matters, please contact emergency services or visit your nearest ER.

  • No, we do not accept Medicaid at this time.
