Bevonna Trail is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in working with individuals from all walks of life. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology. Bevonna currently holds a Master’s degree in Social Work.
She has experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illnesses. In the past, she worked as a counselor for crisis prevention with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and a psychotherapist in an outpatient psychiatric clinic. She has a compassionate, approachable demeanor and believes in meeting clients where they are.
Bevonna provides a safe, non-judgmental space for you to be yourself - for yourself. The counseling approaches she utilizes operates through a holistic lens incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Bevonna specializes in helping individuals during their healing journey to restore balance and harmony within the self, through deep inner reflection. She currently accepts clients ages 18 and older. Her specialty areas are depression, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem issues, communication skills, life stressors, and transitions. Bevonna looks forward to working with you so that you feel understood and connected while taking this next step on your healing journey. She works with young adults (19-39), adults (40- 64) and older adults (65-up).
