Biography

I’ve had the privilege of dedicating five fulfilling years of my life to working with individuals from all walks of life, regardless of their age or cultural background. My journey as a clinician has taken me through a rich tapestry of experiences, allowing me to make a positive impact in a variety of settings. These settings have included community-based clinics, where I’ve witnessed the resilience and strength of local communities; hospitals, both inpatient and outpatient, where I’ve encountered individuals in moments of vulnerability and strength; and schools, where I’ve had the opportunity to guide young minds toward brighter futures.

Beyond the professional realm, I find immense joy and rejuvenation in spending quality time with my beloved family and my two loyal canine companions. Our moments together are filled with laughter, shared adventures, and the warmth of togetherness. To stay physically and mentally invigorated, I prioritize regular exercise, which not only keeps me in good health but also brings a sense of balance to my life. I’m an unapologetic bookworm, and I believe there’s no better way to expand one’s horizons than through the pages of a book. Traveling and exploring new cultures are my passions, allowing me to appreciate the rich diversity of our world. Additionally, I find immense satisfaction in experimenting with different cuisines and cooking up delectable dishes that bring people together around the table.

As a therapist, my primary mission has been to help individuals, spanning the spectrum of adolescence to adulthood, navigate life’s intricate challenges. These challenges often encompass complex issues such as nurturing healthy relationships, managing the pressures of work or academic life, boosting self-esteem, coping with chronic illnesses, and gracefully handling the grieving process after the loss of a loved one.

I thrive in my role as a therapist when I collaborate with individuals who are not only actively engaged in the therapeutic journey but are also deeply committed to their own personal growth and well-being. An open and receptive attitude toward therapy is a cornerstone of our successful partnership, as we work together to overcome life’s hurdles and embark on a path toward fulfillment and resilience. In our shared journey, we will navigate the twists and turns of life with understanding, compassion, and hope.
