My motivation as a counselor stems from a deep passion for aiding those who have experienced trauma or grief.

Nia is a Licensed Social Worker, and a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher in Nurtured Heart Approach.

Modalities used are CBT for trauma, anxiety and depression, somatic therapy, EFT, therapeutic art processing, and has an overall holistic approach to treatment.
I also utilize IFS parts work and talk therapy. I am an out LGBTQ+ therapist. I work with individuals and couples.
